Returns and refunds
We do not allow returns.  All items have been checked for quality and are sold as-is.

Let us know if you have a problem with your order and we will make it right.  We reserve the right to refuse service and/or limit quantities to anyone at our discretion.

Damages and issues 

Sorry about that! Just send us a photo of the damage and we'll make it right. Any damage should be reported right away and within a 14-day window of delivery. After that time, we are not able to assume responsibility for the damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
