Do you take private commissions?

No. There is not enough hours in the day to take on private commissions. There isn't a plan to start a commission list but if it does happen, it will be announced on the mailing list.

Do you take on commercial illustrations work?
Yes, please reach out about your project. Try to include a bit of information about the project, timing and budget and we'll see if it's a fit.

Do you have original art to sell?
Mike works 99% digitally for his work. Preliminaries, sketches and may exist and they'll be offered to mailing list subscribers first.

How long does it take to ship an item?
From when an order is placed, we turn around our orders in 5-10 business days to get them to the shipping company.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your package is headed your way!

How fast is shipping?
We are based in Toronto, Canada. Our shipping estimates are as follows:
Canada: 3-10 business days 
USA: 3-8 business days
International: 4-21 business days

How do I cancel or modify my order?
If you would like to modify or cancel your order for any reason, please email us immediately. We will make every effort to assist you.

Who is responsible for duties and customs?

If your country or region charges additional fees like import tariff, value added tax, customs handling fees, etc., then you will be responsible to cover those charges upon delivery. We will declare the actual monetary value of the order. Please be sure to contact your local federal customs authority if you have any questions.
